We are not worrying about stealing ideas. We are worrying about copying actual products. AMS didn't say oh hey look at those manifolds, look at those motor mounts, a new fuel rail does sound like a good idea. I bet we can do it better if we spend our money on R&D, and prototypes, and testing, and then compete based on the strength of our products. They say oh hey, I see you spent a lot of time, energy, trouble, and money, lets get one of your items, and instead of making our own we will just duplicate yours while cutting every possible corner and using the shittiest materials and construction possible and sell it a little bit cheaper than yours, yet we make way more money than you since we cheaped out on the product and didn't spend a dime on design, prototypes, or testing. We are going to completely cannibalize your market because or product is marketed as nearly the same. (till you realize how far off it is, or it falls apart, or dies)
